This combination of lentil sprouting seeds have a great sprouting ratio and are very easy to sprout. Their gentle crunch is a welcome addition to salads, and the sprouted French & Red lentil seeds add some color. For me, they take a little less than two days to develop about a 1/4" sprout or a little longer, counting the soak time.I enjoy their texture and mild nutty taste so much that I sometimes pour them into a bowl and add sprouted garbanzo beans Sprouting for extra protein and for a treat for our chickens.
