I don't know why I waited so long to purchase these bowls! They wear many hats in my kitchen. I use them to make ramen in the microwave which makes it look like a meal lol, I use them for 3-5 course meals, soup, salads and I even use them to roll my chicken in flour, then another for eggs then back to the flour. If you're on the fence and thinking you've already got enough crap in your kitchen like I did...STOP thinking that and buy these! They're a very nice weight, not light by any means but not so heavy you can't pick them up. They're not thin ceramic either. They are literally perfect and they've replaced crappy bowls I held onto out of necessity, old plates I didn't like anymore. I'm just loving these bowls/plates. I'm pretty positive you will too.
