After washing, I set a knife on the silicon drying rack on my counter (where it was in contact with a little bit of water). When I came back later that day there was a large rust stain on this “stainless steel.” On closer inspection it looks more like a coating that can chip off. And definitely not stainless. I’ve been using flatware for 32 years and I’ve never yet seen something rust this quickly.
