We ordered four sets each of dinner plates, salad plates, all-purpose bowls, and pasta bowls. The (unbroken) dishes are great - just what we wanted. But we received two 4-piece sets of dinner plates and two 4-piece sets of pasta bowls all in shards. The broken sets arrived in boxes separate from each other, so it wasn't just one shipping accident. There had to have been a lack of adequate packaging, both initially by the manufacturer and then when the fragile items were prepared for final shipping. Disappointing.
