These chickpeas can be added to lots of things... cooked cereal, cold cereal, salads, rice, just use your imagination. Since these are dry roasted and unsalted they have a different texture and taste than done with oil and salt. I hated them the first time that I tried them as I was looking for something crunchy and salty to snack on while I watched a movie. Now I really like them added to lots of things but these are not my snack for movie night.
